I am happy to chat with you to answer any questions you have or to set up a time to meet.

HOURS & RATES 

  Tuesday         2-9

  Wednesday  12-8

                       Friday            12-4, 7-8:30    

If you need another time please call to discuss.

My current rate for in-person office sessions is $185 an hour.

Sessions can range from 1-2 hours.
 

My preference is that initial sessions run 90 minutes to provide enough time to talk through your intake; these initial sessions are $250.  

​

Further sessions can be of any length depending on what we're addressing, the depth and pace you are most comfortable with.

​

Recognizing the economic impact of the present moment & my commitment to everyone's access to care in these times, I hold a few spaces at a reduced fee. 

    If my full fee would prevent you from seeking care, in integrity with the awareness that we are all affected in this moment, please inquire during our initial phone call.

​

Outcalls are $250/hr plus $50 travel fee.

 

PAYMENT

Payment can be made before or at the end of a session.

I accept cash, check, Venmo, & Zelle.

No credit cards.

​

Unfortunately I don't take insurance. However you may want to check
if your insurance company will reimburse you for massage sessions, usually with a doctor's prescription.
If you have out-of-network coverage or a flex spending account I can provide a statement for you to submit.

I am licensed as a massage therapist in NY State.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly require 24 hours notice to cancel or change appointments to allow for the necessary planning in life & work. With the exception of emergencies, all cancellations or changes to an existing appointment with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full charge for the session.

Covid Information

As your trust, confidence & comfort are essential to our relationship,

at CATA (the group office I practice from) we maintain the CDC's 
COVID safety precautions & protocols for the highest level of

cleanliness & sanitization to create a safe environment for everyone.

​

This includes:

  • frequent cleaning of all surfaces & touched areas
    with CDC-approved products, in treatment rooms & throughout the office

  • fresh air exchange system in the treatment rooms

  • medical grade air purifiers throughout the space
     

Additionally I maintain protocols that were in effect pre-Covid: 

  • washing my hands when I arrive and between clients

  • fresh linens for each client

​

I am vaccinated and boosted & continue to follow Covid protocols

to ensure our health & safety. I will gladly work masked if you prefer.
