Initial session 90 minutes

Service Description

Initial sessions take time to explore what's in play in your present health, current and past issues; to learn what's happening in your life– what concerns you, what you want to address, how you are sleeping, eating, your energy level, and what other stresses you may be experiencing. That time of getting familiar with one another, I find allows me to know how best to support you, what work I offer will serve you.

Cancellation Policy

I kindly require 24 hours notice to cancel or change appointments to allow for the necessary planning in life & work. With the exception of emergencies, all cancellations or changes to an existing appointment with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full charge for the session. Thank you for abiding by this!
