Nervous System Reset session
Service Description
Focused half-hour session to rebalance your nervous system. Finding ease and safety, especially in the body, can be a challenge. This is a gentle but powerful practice to to help bring it back into balance. This gentle work is done making contacts along the spine from the tailbone to the head to help the body decrease the load on the nervous system. As with my other sessions, the work is done clothed on the massage table.
Cancellation Policy
I kindly require 24 hours notice to cancel or change appointments to allow for the necessary planning in life & work. With the exception of emergencies, all cancellations or changes to an existing appointment with less than 24 hours notice will incur the full charge for the session. Thank you for abiding by this!
