A Stillpoint.
A stillness has come to our world of epic proportions.
It is an extraordinary occurrence, unimaginable to our modern life.
From my perspective, as a Craniosacral practitioner, a stillpoint holds a wealth of possibilities for the system to reorganize itself towards greater health. We hold still, the mind quietens…and something happens.
A moment to turn inwards, to feel our common humanity, to focus on what supports us in the truest sense.
May you feel supported in this time of anxiety.
May you find rest in the peace of the stillpoint.
And may we all emerge from this cocoon with greater strength & resilience to encounter the unknown.
